Deutschlands Wilde Vögel plot

Animal filmmaker Hans-Jürgen Zimmermann and his team observe the birds that live in ten protected nature reserves in Germany. They live on the border with the Netherlands, in the swamps of the Zwillbrocker fens, the only wild flamingos in Germany. The common shelduck, avocets and many other birds from the coastal region are located in the Wedeler swamp, not far from the port of Hamburg. Egrets can be seen on and around the sandbanks of the Westerwäldermeer and the almost extinct 'Great Bustard' lives near the Havelland.
