A year before the American presidential elections in 2008, a crew of young Dutch filmmakers travels across the country in an old camper. They are looking for the nearly 100 million non-voters in the US. Who are they, and why don't they vote? Can an innovative presidential candidate like Barack Obama get them to vote and beat Republicans thanks to them? How would American politics change if millions of young people, single women, poor whites, African Americans and Latinos did vote?
