De Zorgfabriek plot

The documentary shows a day in a nursing home, where bureaucracy and efficiency increasingly rule. The title is not exaggerated: the nurses walk around with a chip card and must constantly keep an eye on the clock. They are also not allowed to provide any other care than the client in question has in his arrangement. A manager strictly checks whether the requirements are being complied with.
