De Besloten Groep plot

In 'The Closed Group' documentary maker Zoli Schwarcz follows two children, nine-year-old Mina and twelve-year-old Ingomar, from the closed group of the Rotterdam youth institution Horizon. In this group, young children are treated who were previously in juvenile detention. Not because they have done something criminal, but because they cannot go to regular institutions for youth care or youth psychiatry with their serious behavioral problems.
