During an intensive shooting period of six years (2005-2011), internationally award-winning cameramen set up their tripods in the forest to film a very difficult environment: the forest and its inhabitants. They spent more than 100 nights in a camouflage tent and collected more than 230 hours of footage. They used the latest film techniques: uncompressed high definition (by means of an HD-Cam SR), extreme slow motion of the latest generation, but also accelerated movements that cover day and night.
