Cultures en Transition plot

French farmers and agronomists are firmly convinced of the enormous possibilities offered by so-called agroforestry. In England, the "Cities in Transition" movement, which advocates food production in the heart of cities, is gaining support. In Cuba, the disintegration of the USSR and the American embargo caused a great scarcity of livelihoods. The Cubans were obliged to find innovative solutions in order to restore their autonomy and to be able to provide for themselves in their food production.
