Crossroads plot

In Crossroads, filmmakers Molenaar and Van Wijk return to the same area in Africa where they shot their award-winning short documentary Isingiro Hospital in 1992. Much has changed in this border area between Rwanda and Burundi since then. As a result of the bloody battle between Hutus and Tutsis, the country has been overrun by refugees wandering aimlessly, with aid workers in tow.
