Con Fidel, Pase Lo Que Pase plot

Sierra Maestra, Cuba. An old man rides around on his decades-old motorcycle with sidecar. He regularly has to get off to get his means of transport up and running again. He reacts resignedly, but never irritated. A dentist is on his way to his first patient. The public bus does not run, he has to hitch a ride on a horse and wade through a river. The van that does take him eventually ends up in the middle of the jungle. It is the day before the 52nd anniversary of the revolution.
