"How do you manage weapons of mass destruction without being destroyed by them?"
A blood-curdling nightmare in the style of Dr. Strangelove was set at a Titan II missile complex in Arkansas in September 1980. A fatality occurred during a routine examination of the fuel tank of an intercontinental ballistic missile that contained one of the most powerful nuclear warheads ever built by the United States. This caused Air Force personnel, weapons designers and first responders to work frantically together to prevent a disastrous explosion. The documentary is an account of a long-hidden story based on recently released documents that also expose other freak accidents and asks how you are going to manage weapons of mass destruction without being destroyed by them.
