Documentary about the Comic-Con San Diego, a four-day event that has been held annually since 1970. The Comic-Con consists of a large number of workshops, exhibitions and panels. Originally the event was only aimed at comic books, with about 500 visitors. Today, Comic-Con covers a wide range of media such as movies, television series, computer games, trading card games, toys, manga, anime, and webcomics, and is attended by more than 140,000 fans. Morgan Spurlock explores this extraordinary cultural phenomenon by following the lives of five visitors as they settle on this ultimate geek mecca; San Diego Comic Con 2010.
