Colosseum: A Gladiator's Story plot

This dramatized historical documentary tells the life story of one of the most acclaimed gladiators, Verus. As a boy he was captured and taken to Rome as a slave. There he had to work on the construction of the Colosseum. When one day the masters of the gladiatorial school drop by, he knows that this is his only chance to escape the inglorious slave life.
