Cholet plot

Architect Freddy Mamani is a rising star in Bolivia. He is the designer of Cholets: baroque buildings painted in exuberant psychedelic colors that contrast sharply with the subdued, gray architectural style of El Alto. In doing so, he distances himself from the Western view of architecture. This film is an exploration into the boundaries of architecture.
