Catching Cancer plot

Australian documentary by Sonya Pemberton about an unusual cancer epidemic that could shed new light on the origins of the disease. Cancer is usually attributed to genetics, environmental factors or lifestyle, but when 16 employees in an Australian factory were diagnosed with breast cancer in a short period of time, researchers suspected that cancer could also be caused by a virus. Specialists are investigating this controversial hypothesis related to breast cancer (United States), leukemia (UK) and cervical cancer (Germany). The German Harald zur Hansen received a Nobel Prize in 2008.
