Michael Moore traveled across America to get university students in 60 cities to vote in the 2004 presidential election. He handed out hot noodles and clean underwear to anyone who pledged to vote. There is also a combination of speeches, music, film fragments and street interviews that gives a picture of that part of America that has never (yet) voted.
