Cape Spin: An American Power Struggle plot

In the US state of Massachusetts, the Cape Wind Project was presented in 2001: the first large offshore wind farm in America. The intended destination is Nantucked Sound, an area where the rich and famous vacation. The green project encounters a lot of resistance and turns into a gigantic case that lobbyists from all sides are pulling so hard that it becomes unclear how things really work. John Kirby and Robbie Gemmel portray the numerous proponents and opponents who have meddled with the project over the course of a decade.
