Calais - Welcome to the Jungle plot

From September 2015 the filmmakers worked in the Jungle of Calais, the chaotic refugee camp where thousands of migrants are stranded in harrowing conditions, 30 kilometers from their final destination, England. In March 2016, much of this slum was dismantled by the authorities. This documentary highlights the aid, the media, the refugees, the authorities and the migration policy of Europe. Why is Europe's migration policy failing and what is the role of (social) media in the increasingly polarized refugee debate?
