Bugs plot
Ever since the UN recommended insects as food, they have been praised by chefs and gastronomes for their unique taste, by environmentalists for their low ecological cost and by food scientists for their high nutritional value. They seem to be the perfect solution to world hunger. Nordic Food Lab, a Copenhagen team of chefs and scientists, travels the world to listen to people for whom insects have been a staple for years. They harvest and eat insects along with people from Europe, Australia, Mexico, Kenya, Japan and many other places.
