In the 80s and 90s the trio with the chilling name Caspar Brötzman Massaker was an insider tip for the real music connoisseurs. With their guttural sounds, the band brought a version of progressive rock that blurred the boundaries between rock music and sound. After five albums, the trio had achieved cult status. But then, against all the rules of the music industry, the trio gave up and broke up. It wasn't until 2010 that the three original band members reunited for a concert at Berlin's Berghain Club.
