When bitcoin started to become a booming business, Ray Trapani decided to get on board with two friends. With the company Centra Tech they would create a bank card with which you could pay directly with bitcoin in, for example, the supermarket or café. The idea quickly gained a lot of attention and the money rolled in. But New York Times journalists started asking questions, and the house of cards quickly collapsed.
