Bez Kultury Net Natsii plot

Huge portraits of Putin, Kadyrov Senior and Kadyrov Junior hang all over the city of Grozny. They penetrate the mind of filmmaker Vladlena Sandu, who began capturing the sense of totalitarianism emanating from these portraits a year ago and did so deliberately through a distorted lens. It is four o'clock in the morning when she wants to film the streets of Grozny in Chechnya, her hometown, through the windows of a tinted car. Such actions may lead to prosecution, but she wants to document the time of the birth of fascism in Russia.
