Benno Premsela (1920-1997) played an important role in many positions in social and cultural life in the Netherlands after 1945. As a designer and initiator he played a leading role in his field. He was also a great champion of the emancipation of homosexuals. The documentary gives a picture of his work and life. Premsela testifies to his ideas about social and sexual freedom in archive fragments. His way of looking can be seen in the slides he made all over the world.
