Aufzeichnungen aus der Unterwelt plot

This time document revolves around the Viennese folk singer Kurt Girk (1932-2019) and his mate Alois Schmutzer, aka 'the king of the underworld'. Girk was a popular interpreter of the life song, which was also known as the Frank Sinatra of Austria because of his ties to the illegal gambling world. One of Girk's best friends was butcher Alois, a bear of a guy who didn't need a gun to take someone out.
