An Affair of the Heart plot

Rick Springfield was a huge star in the 1980s, when he had 17 top 40 hits, sold 19 million records and starred on the popular soap opera General Hospital. From 1990, he withdrew completely from music for a decade and was dismissed by some as a footnote in pop history. However, millions of loyal fans still follow Springfield closely. The now sixty-year-old still gives about eighty concerts a year, which makes the heart beat faster among many fans.
