William Powell's novel "The Anarchist Cookbook" was published in the 1970s. More than two million copies have been sold and the work can be found in online bookstores with just a click. Individual "recipes" from the book are widely available online, and video experiments were posted by some individuals who risked preparing the explosives at home. Perhaps more importantly, the contents of the book are used to kill many people. This is covered in this shocking documentary. The film explores the life and causes that drove William Powell to write, publish and distribute such a dangerous and infamous book.
