Als het Licht Zich Anders tot de Tijd Verhoudt plot
Georgia, after the Rose Revolution of 2003. A sixteen-year-old Georgian girl: Nini, talks about her life and dreams, talks to two older women about the past and future and walks through the remains of a huge, burnt-out Soviet archive. She plays herself in this film, just like the other main character, Gocha Ovashvili, agent of the Internal Security Service. It travels through the country, following a curious call from a Georgian minister (can be seen in a news clip) to ask people if they are criminals. During this fruitless and absurd quest, he mainly meets older Georgians, including a shepherd and two monks, and admires the natural beauty.
