Aku-Aku plot

Thor Heyerdahl (October 6, 1914 - April 18, 2002 Colla Micheri) was a Norwegian anthropologist. For this documentary he travels to Easter Island, located in Polynesia. Together with his team of archaeologists, he explores the local culture. His images focus on local statues known as 'Moai' - large structures of stone, carved in the shape of people. Heyerdahl tries to confirm a theory: that the sculpture of the islanders comes from Peru.
