A Walk into the Sea: Danny Williams and the Warhol Factory plot

The discovery of some twenty films at the Museum of Modern Art in New York can be traced back to a forgotten story related to the much-discussed history of the Warhol Factory. The films were made by filmmaker Danny Williams, a lover of Andy Warhol. Williams' films differ from the more famous Warhol films because they use a very personal angle. After Williams became part of the Warhol Factory in 1965, he disappeared in 1966 under mysterious circumstances. The disappearance of Danny Williams prompted his niece Esther B. Robinson to film his story.
