A Sound of My Own plot

What do you get when you follow in the footsteps of a famous father? Not just understanding and support, notes Marja, who continued his krautrock band Embryo after the death of her father Christian Burchard in 2018. She was told that doing what he did would not make her happy, that she would have to part with his inheritance in order to free herself. One of the questions underlying this portrait, shot in clear black and white, is how Marja Burchard achieves musical autonomy. Is it possible to stay within Embryo's tradition and still build up a right to exist?
