A Gente plot

Filmmaker Aly Muritiba spent seven years in a Brazilian prison. He was part of team Alpha there. After his film studies and making some shorts, he returned to reunite with his former colleagues to make a film about them. The team consists of 28 men and women, all from different origins and backgrounds, who act as caretakers for a thousand criminals. Walkiu has become the new leader of Team Alpha and hopes to do his job well. But as time goes on, he realizes there's not much he can do because the job is dangerous and the guards are ill-equipped.
