A Field Full of Secrets plot

In 2008, Charles Maxwell and his good friend Dax Phelan step into their first crop circle, at Barbury Castle, in England. What should first serve as a healing for Charles Maxwell turns out completely differently. He thinks he has found the solution to be able to decipher the crop circle codes. There is a blueprint hidden in the crop circles, with which you can build a machine to decipher the codes. Will he be able to make this machine?
