A Brief History of Chasing Storms plot

In Tornado Alley, the nickname for a belt of tornadoes that runs through the Midwest of the United States, residents must cope with the devastating power of increasingly violent storms. Filmmaker Curtis Miller, who grew up in tornado territory himself, takes a road trip through locations in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas that have been plagued by natural disasters. He visits local museums and meets with eyewitnesses, local authorities, and a few tornado hunters, some of whom have spent decades trying to understand the logic behind these tornadoes.
