"NEW YORK STREET GANGS vs. NEW YORK COPS: AUTHENTIC, EXPLICIT, and SHOCKING"
Documentary that describes the daily life of some criminal gangs in the South Bronx in New York. Central are the gangs of the Savage Skulls and the Savage Nomads - one black, the other Puerto Rican. In the late 1970s, the South Bronx had a bad name and this is shown by aspects such as high unemployment, prostitution and drug and alcohol addiction.
