Who Killed Aunt Maggie? plot

Radio mystery screenwriter Sally Ambler is about to get married and gets into a fight with her soon-to-be Kirk Pierce after he thinks the story she wrote is too contrived. The wedding is postponed when a telegram from her Aunt Maggie arrives from Atlanta to inform Sally that her Uncle Charlie has died. Sally is tracked to Atlanta after a call from Dr. Benedict Kirk warns her of danger lurking when she gets there. Sally then discovers that her uncle's corpse is missing and he may have been murdered.
