Undersea Girl plot

After the body of a dead fisherman is found in the sea, Police Lieutenant Mike Travis accuses journalist Valerie Hudson of withholding information about the find. Later, a man is arrested for fighting. He has $3,000 in bills on him. The serial numbers on these notes are part of the $2 million lost when a Navy ship sank. The Navy assigns Lieutenant Brad Chase to investigate.
