"HIS LIFE WAS A LIVING HELL until he killed the thing that Crushed him!"
John Allen is about to be executed, according to himself for a murder he did not commit. In flashbacks we see how it all got to this point. Starting with the friendship with his buddy Bud, meeting his wife Shirley after he won big money at horse races and the mistrust he gets when he learns that Shirley is cheating on him.
