"A dangerous spy net in the powderkeg Orient!"
In Japan, a communist spy network is hard at work trying to sabotage the American war effort during the Korean War. This network uses kidnappings, murders and the services of the deranged former kamikaze pilot Taro Matsuto. American secret agent Jim Carter is sent to Tokyo to put an end to this harmful activity for the Americans and their allies. Carter, who has to impersonate reporter Robert Peyton, however, has to deal with the communist 'femme fatale' Steffi Novac.
