The Vicious Circle plot
dr. Howard Latimer picks up a German actress from London airport for a friend. A while later he finds her murdered in his apartment. He is questioned by the police. He then decides to investigate the matter himself. The trail leads him to a world of murder and blackmail and scams with a fake ID card.
