Cleo inherits a carnival and announces in the newspapers that her show will be respectable and family-friendly. Flash and Luke, a couple of con artists, see this as their golden opportunity and pose as honest men, getting hired on Cleo's show. However, Flash turns out to be incredibly attracted to Cleo.
