The Girl in the Photographs plot

Colleen, a bored young woman from the sleepy town of Spearfish, begins to receive photos of young women brutally murdered. The perpetrator is either a serial killer or a creep with a sick sense of humor. However, the police do little with the information. But when news of the sick photos hits the internet, celebrity photographer Peter Hemmings decides to travel from Los Angeles to his hometown of Spearfish to investigate.
