The Commish: Father Image plot

Commissioner Scali investigates a number of murders. The trail points to a lady who is said to have multiple personalities. Scali enlists the help of an old friend, but when no evidence is found, the friend decides to falsify evidence. Scali decides to do everything he can to find the real evidence.
