The Black Tape plot

"Shot by Me, Cut by Me, Music by Me, Murder by Me, Now Watch Me"

On May 13, 2011, local newspapers and television stations in and around South Hill, California received a videotape from an anonymous sender. The videotapes contain explicit details of a murder committed in the town. The video, labeled as The Black Tape, turned out to be shot by the killer himself.
