Jerry Marsh is a young reporter and amateur cyclist. He tries to find out who the masked man is, who is riding a motorcycle. The trail to this mysterious man leads to a dilapidated castle where the locals say it is haunted. He discovers that the place is being used by a gang of smugglers.
