Fingers Partos is an inmate who uses his qualities as a masseur and martial arts manager to get out of prison. He becomes the private trainer of an oil tycoon, while his younger brother enters into a relationship with the oil baron's daughter. The brother learns that the oil tycoon is about to cheat the government. Fingers Partos therefore enlists the help of two former cellmates to make justice prevail.
