The Affairs of Jimmy Valentine plot
Mike Jason is an idea creator at the Bullard Advertising Agency. Cleo Arden is the director of the radio program Jimmy Valentine, which is based on the deeds of an old safe-cracker. Mike and Cleo fear their jobs will be in jeopardy when their client decides to have his show run by another agency. Mike suggests that a $10,000 reward be offered for finding the real Jimmy Valentine. Mickey Forbes and Mousey follow the clues, which lead them to a small town. Unknowing that Mousey is out for revenge, Mickey kills two innocent men before discovering the identity of the real Jimmy Valentine. Mousey then tries to kill this real Valentine, but he is killed in the fight. Mickey refuses to identify Valentine and claims that one of the murdered innocent men is the real Valentine.
