Archibald Berkeley-Willoughby is a so-called Bobby: a British police officer. The crime fighter goes to war against a very violent gang of truck thieves, who trade in stolen cigarettes and whiskey. In order to apprehend the gang, he decides to go undercover. However, this is not without some danger.
