Spuren des Bösen - Racheengel plot

Richard Brock is in a bookstore when a certain Sebastian Ulmer storms into the store armed. He holds Brock and the others hostage. The police surround the building and want Ulmer to surrender. Before that happens, the man commits suicide. Brock tries to find out what drove Ulmer to this act of desperation. He discovers that Ulmer was being blackmailed. In addition, he tracks down a priest to whom Ulmer confessed. The priest hides behind the confessional secret and refuses to help Brock.
