"See the strange and evil side of life!"

Investigating sex offenses, mainly against children, this film shows how the Zurich police and Interpol operate when they pursue individuals suspected of voyeurism, rape and sadism. After the criminals are arrested and undergo psychological testing, they are sentenced to prison terms or undergo brain surgery to be rehabilitated.
