Reform Girl plot

Criminal Lydia Johnson, who has just been released from prison, immediately returns to her old lifestyle. In conjunction with a gang of criminals, Lydia tries to falsely impeach Senator Putnam, a proponent of criminal re-education. But when Lydia falls in love with Putnam's heartfelt campaign manager Joe Burke, Lydia seems determined to make amends.
