Duke and Boots, two young criminals, rob a gas station owner in California. The arrogant Duke taunts his somewhat simple and psychologically confused friend Boots for never having had a sexual experience. Duke offers to seduce a woman for Boots and the two force a passing motorist to chase a sports car driven by Ann Carlyle. She is the lecherous wife of an insurance company executive, who in turn has her own desires that are not fulfilled by her husband.
