"Thrilling, sizzling action of the radio patrol!"
Tim Conlon is a police officer. One day he meets the beautiful lady Helen Regan and takes her home. Tim discovers that Helen is dating the very shady Johnny Davis and that she is the daughter of Lieutenant Regan, a veteran police officer who retired after being shot and paralyzed by the criminal 'Big' Bill Standish. After Helen leaves with Johnny, Tim hears over the radio that Standish has just escaped from prison. Standish has vowed to finish the job with Regan. It's now up to Tim to make sure the former lieutenant stays safe and that Helen eventually discovers the truth about Johnny.
